What you can expect from your session

Your initial session will begin with a brief consultation to understand your health history, areas of discomfort, and personal goals.

This will be followed by a physical assessment to identify how your pain is affecting your movement and overall body mechanics.

Based on the assessment, your massage treatment will be tailored specifically to your needs, ensuring you get the most out of your session.

Post-event massage - £50

What you can expect from your session

This treatments is used focus on recovery post sporting event e.g race, match, performance.  

Following your event, this session is designed to support recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and help your body return to its optimal state.

We’ll begin with a brief consultation to understand how your body is feeling after your activity, highlighting any areas of tightness, fatigue, or discomfort.

Your treatment will then focus on promoting circulation, reducing muscle tension, and aiding the removal of waste products built up during exercise. Slow, deep tissue massage techniques are applied to support recovery without adding unnecessary strain to already fatigued muscles.

The aim is to help speed up recovery, minimise post-event stiffness, and get you feeling refreshed and ready for your next big event!

Pre-event Massage - £35

This is a short, focused session designed to prepare your body for performance by increasing circulation, improving mobility, and activating key muscle groups.

We’ll start with a quick consultation to understand your event, any areas of tightness, and what you want to get out of the session.

Your treatment will then focus on dynamic, targeted techniques to warm up the muscles, enhance flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury—without causing fatigue or soreness before your event.

The goal is to have you feeling loose, prepared, and ready to perform at your best!
