About Bonny
My Journey
I began dancing at a young age, and this quickly developed a passion that shaped my life. Growing up, I spent every evening training in the studio, taking exams and competing, which eventually led me to train professionally at Performers College Essex, where I received my BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre and Professional Dance.
However, throughout my professional training I began to experience ongoing knee pain, which eventually led to surgery after graduating. Being forced to step away from doing what I love for a while during my recovery and rehabilitation was challenging, both physically and mentally.
During this time, I chose to channel my passion into a new direction by training as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. This path has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to support others who are dealing with injury, discomfort, and ongoing pain. Having experienced the challenges of injury and recovery firsthand, I understand how deeply pain can impact both the body and everyday life. My goal is to help others move more freely, recover more efficiently, and return to the activities they love with confidence and without pain.
